Masonry Mortars: Industry standard for block, brick, and stone
OBP Type-M MAC Mortar is a dry, factory blended mortar comprised of Portland cement, greatly reduced hydrated lime, proprietary lime replacement, and washed/dried sand. OBP MAC products contain a Lime alternative formulation that reduces Lime content. The MAC formulation allows for increased workability, lower shrinkage which reduces the potential of cracking and improves water resistance which aids in efflorescence mitigation. For installation of block, brick, stone, or wherever a high quality Type-M mortar (ASTM C270) is required. Lab tested compressive strength of at least 2,500 PSI.
